Sintaxis de la Mirada — an experimental series based on Gestalt

This Final Degree Project explores the visual reinterpretation of the principles of Gestalt through a series of experimental posters. Rather than adopting an educational or functional approach, the project embraces a purely aesthetic and perceptual perspective. Each poster translates a fundamental Gestalt law—such as proximity, similarity, closure or symmetry—into a graphic composition that triggers intuitive and emotional understanding without needing a long textual explanation. The project is grounded in a design methodology that prioritizes visual experimentation over linear planning. Through the use of digital tools, RGB color palettes, and high-resolution Giclée printing, the series maintains a vibrant and immersive visual language. Typographic consistency and editorial structure help unify the series as a coherent visual system. The final outcome demonstrates that it is possible to communicate perceptual principles through form, color and composition alone—turning abstract theory into direct visual experience.
